Отличная игра! Как-раз сейчас искал где купить, и с удивлением узнал, что ее нигде нет( Желательно, только, чтобы вышла в исправленном виде. Если я правильно помню, есть любительское крупное исправление к игре, с машинами, дополнительными территориями и блудными женщинами)

I already have the German Version, but it won't start on win10. I am also not able to patch it to the latest version. Is there a forum or something for this forgotten gem?

Just googled the name and this came up as first result.. Game is pretty good/unique, however it's indeed primarily a German release and for English speakers (or some other languages) there might be community patches available.
