I tried the F2 bios update in the APP Center. Result: Fail!! Dark souls xbox 360 controls. I went into @bios and tried to update F2 from the server. Result: Update BIOS Failed. I tried updating from file with both F2 and F3g. Same result as above. (The files were download and extracted- file size is 16,384kb). My Gigabyte board also supports the following firmware update procedure: copy firmware file to a DOS/WinVFat formatted USB stick, boot the box and immediately press a Hotkey (iirc it's F2) and then let the built-in BIOS update feature grab the new firmware version from the USB stick and initiate the update process. does anyone know a way to corrupt the main bios with out it being powered on? if you can do that the board would boot from the backup bios.
