Playstation 2 dvd driver versions. download activated version download. Anyways i burned it with cdrwin and booted it with my GSv1.3 I have a v1 Ps2, it copies the new drivers to your memory card instead of the Ps2 so you can always go back to original settings if you want my question is has anyone tried this yet when it gets to about 50% i get a copy error and it terminates i was wonder is this for US systems because the Driver disk is all in english or is this cd just messed up or is it my madcats memory card or did the burn i made just not burn correctly if anyone successfully got this to work let me know thanks! 5) IN CASE OF CD PROBLEMS

Game installation stops and a NSIS error message is displayed.

a) Wipe the game CD with a soft, damp cloth. Use circular movements from the centre towards the outside edge.

b) Try with another CD drive

c) Copy all data from the CD to the hard disk of the PC, using the 'ctrl + c' and 'ctrl + v' keyboard shortcuts. It's best to create a specific directory on the hard disk for the purpose. Run the exe file from this directory.

6) HOW TO GENERATE A DXDIAG.TXT

In the Windows Start menu, use the run command.

In the new window, type dxdiag and click on the 'OK' button.

In the new window, click on save the system information and and make sure you note the location of the resulting dxdiag.txt file.

9) WINDOWS XP FIREWALL

The latest version of Windows XP (Service Pack 2) includes a firewall. It protects your computer against Internet attacks.

Games must be registered in the firewall to access the Internet. Otherwise online play is impossible.

In Start/Configuration Panel/Windows Firewall
In the Exceptions tab the game must appear in the list. If not click on Add a programm. and choose the game in the list. If the game does not appear either on this list click on Browse. and select the .exe of the game.

10) STARFORCE PROTECTION

1. Close or uninstall all copy or cd emulation applications such as Daemon tools, Alcohol 120% or Virtual CD.

3. Check that the CD of the game is inside the CR-Rom drive.

4. If the CD check takes a long time, place the CD in another CD drive or CD burner drive.

5. Lower the speed of your CD-Rom drive
you can use a tool such as Nero-Tool Drive-Speed:

6. Update the Starforce driver:

7. If the CD check fails (with the CD inside the CD drive): you will obtain a Starforce error message.

Click on the Information button in the Starforce window and then on Display the report. Save the generated .txt file and send to the technical support of your game.

With the error report a special key can be generated to solve your problem.

If it is not a genuine game CD, this won't work.

To enter the key sent by the technical support, restart the process to generate a Starforce error report (Information button). Then click on the Back button to return to the main menu. Click on Retry to enter the new code.
Enter the new code and click on OK.

You can now launch the game properly.

8. If the CD check is very slow but the game launches finally. In this case you won't get a Starforce error message. To force an error, eject the CD during the CD check. You will get a Starforce error message
Click on the Information button in the Starforce window and then on Display the report. Save the generated .txt file and send to the technical support of your game.

With the error report a special key can be generated to solve your problem.

To enter the key sent by the technical support, restart the process to generate a Starforce error report (Information button). Then click on the Back button to return to the main menu. Click on Retry to enter the new code.
Enter the new code and click on OK.

The game will launch faster now.
